Terms and Conditions

Our Momento holds the authority to alter any aspect of these Terms and Conditions as per our discretion. The latest revision date can be found at the top of this page. By completing a transaction for service with Our Momento, you acknowledged and comply with these Terms and Conditions. If there are modifications made to these terms after your purchase, you are still bound by them, even if the change occurs after a 3-day grace period. Our Momento will made efforts to inform all customers of these changes.

Payments & Refund Terms

Deposit Payment must be made prior to your photoshoot. In exceptional cases, late payments may be accepted at the discretion of Our Momento. The remaining balance has to be made before the release of all photographs taken.

After your photoshoot, you will receive all edited photos within 7 – 10 working days, provided you communicate this to the photographer prior to photo delivery.

Please note that RAW files which are 80 MB each will not be provided unless specified in the invoice. 

Our Momento will provide a specified number of edited photos as per the package you’ve selected. However, editing will only involve basic adjustments and enhancements which includes white balance adjustments, colour editing, cropping and exposure adjustments.

Photo editing such as skin smoothening, retouching and slimming are not included. Those will be included in the Photoshopped photos which are usually between 8 – 30 photos depending on the packages selected.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • At least 7 days notice (including on the 7th), 100% deposit refund
  • Less than 7 days notice, 0% deposit refund

RESCHEDULE POLICY

  • There will be no extra fee for rescheduling within 7 days of notice before the next scheduled booking. The assigned photographer is subject to availability.

Our Momento reserves the right to use 10 to 25 photos/videos arising from the engagement of its services for its own portfolio and publicity purposes, unless requested by the client and stated otherwise in the invoice issued.

Copyrights and Media Terms

Our Momento holds the copyright to 10 – 25 photos taken and is free to use them for publication, advertising, or any other purposes, unless requested by the client and stated otherwise in the invoice issued.

Customers who use Our Momento’s services warrant that they are solely responsible for obtaining consent from everyone in the images for the use of Our Momento’s photos as described above.

They also agree to indemnify or defend Our Momento or the on-site photographer in case of any disputes related to this matter. Our Momento reserves the right to share customer data with Facebook, Google and other advertising platforms and may send marketing emails, text messages, and WhatsApp messages relating to the photos.

Fast Editing and Same Day Editing

For fast editing and same day editing montages, customers must finalize their song selection (1-3 minutes). The color quality and image choice will be determined by the photographer.

Failure to Deliver Service

If there is a failure to provide the service, Our Momento is not held responsible for any liability other than issuing a refund to the customer. This includes situations where delivery is unable to occur due to factors beyond the control of the photographer, such as fire, illness, or personal emergencies.

Similarly, if the images are damaged, lost, or unable to be delivered for any reason, Our Momento is not responsible for any amount exceeding the cost of the customer’s order.

The customer releases Our Momento from all liabilities, claims, damages, and expenses that may arise from incidents that occur during the photo session.

Late Arrival to Shoot

If the client arrives late for the shoot, the waiting time for the photographer will be counted as part of the shooting time as the photographer will be waiting for the client.

Studio rental includes set-up time, which is shared hourly, and any additional time will be charged proportionately. However, this is subject to the photographer’s availability. Payment for extension must be made within 24 hours or a late fee of $50 per day will be applied.

Changes to Schedule and Providing of Details

Changes to the shooting time and location must be made at least a week in advance and can be rescheduled within a month. Any changes close to the date will be at the discretion of Our Momento.

If the information provided on the form is incorrect and Our Momento cannot contact the client, they will not be held responsible and no refund will be given, but the time can be rescheduled.

If the booking process is not completed before the shoot, an emergency fee may be applied. If the form is not filled out correctly or submitted before the shoot and the photographer is unable to proceed, Our Momento reserves the right to charge emergency fees at their discretion, and may withhold the deposit and cancel the shoot.

For Urgent Shoots

If you book with Our Momento less than 7 days before the shoot, it depends on the availability of the photographers and may not be refunded. Instead, you can reschedule the shoot for a different time.

However, we will try our best to allocate photographers even for urgent bookings made within less than 12 to 24 hours. 

Delayed Bookings

If you need to reschedule a booking after the original shooting date, it will depend on the availability of our photographers. If the price has changed from the original booking, the original payment will be converted into a redeemable voucher.

Rescheduling Bookings

There will be no extra fee for rescheduling within 7 days of notice before the next scheduled booking. The assigned photographer is subject to availability.

RAW Image Files

Customers can purchase the RAW files (80 mb each) for their selected photos at an additional cost of $50 for 50 photographs.

Additional Charges

There may be rare instances where a permit is needed to shoot at a specific location, which will result in administrative fees. For example ticket fees into Singapore Zoo, Gardens By The Bay’s Cloud Forest, etc.

Additionally, there may be fees for challenging photoshopped editing and revision services, which can be discussed with the photographers.

Discounted Package Restrictions

Discounted packages cannot be divided into separate hours.

Handling Bad Weather and Rescheduling

Our Momento is not accountable for unfavorable weather conditions. In case of wet weather, the client has the option to reschedule the shoot by informing the photographer at least 2 hours before the scheduled shoot.

If the rescheduling is approved, the client can do so free of charge, but we must be informed about the new shoot date at least 7 days in advance.

Covid-19 Guidelines

Our Momento will strictly adhere to all government regulations. Bookings that contravene these regulations will not be eligible for a refund. Please check with us for the current studio capacity limit. Any changes in Covid-19 policy will be strictly enforced, and Our Momento reserves the right to halt photography & videography if these guidelines are not followed. However, if the Covid-19 policy changes, rescheduling is permitted, but cancellation is not.

Payments & Refund Terms

Payment must be made one day prior to your photoshoot. In exceptional cases, late payments may be accepted at the discretion of Our Momento. If payment is made after the shoot, it must be done within 24 hours of the end of the session to avoid incurring a late payment fee of $50.

After your photoshoot, you will receive all edited photos within 7 – 10 days, provided you communicate this to the photographer prior to photo delivery.

If you are satisfied with the edited sample photos, you may request all non-watermarked edited photos to be delivered within this 7 – 10 days. (Please note that RAW files will not be provided). Once you make this request, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. If you are not satisfied with the sample photos, you may contact us at contact@ourmomento.sg to request for a refund, however, any refunds will be at Our Momento’s discretion. If the customer cannot be reached for 12 consecutive hours, all photos will be returned to the customer without any possibility of a refund.

Our Momento will provide specified number of edited photos as per the package you’ve selected. Selecting and rejecting photos that do not meet our standards. However, editing will only involve basic adjustments and enhancements.

Photo editing such as background changes, slimming, or skin smoothing are not included. Those will be included in the Photoshopped photos which are usually between 10 – 30 photos.

No reimbursement will be granted for cancellations or incorrect bookings.

There will also be a $50 administrative fee charged for bookings made less than a week in advance.

Bookings made less than 72 hours prior to the shoot will not be accepted. You must provide a minimum of 72 hours notice for us to assign a photographer.
