Troubleshooting Payment Issues #
Common issues you may encounter and their solutions:
Payment Declined: Check if your payment information is accurate, and your card is authorised for online transactions. Contact your bank for assistance if needed.
Payment didn’t went through: Sometimes our customers paid and their ibanking shows the full transaction details. They event sent a screenshot but we did not receive the payment. If this happens, double check in a few days for your transaction as it might have not went through.
Double Charged: If you believe you were charged twice, contact us immediately with your payment details/screenshot for resolution.
Refund Requests: Refer to our refund policy if you need to request a refund. Follow the specified process for a prompt resolution.
