Booking Terms and Conditions #
When you book our services, please adhere to the following terms and conditions:
a. Booking Information: Ensure that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete. Any errors or omissions may affect your booking.
b. Booking Duration: It is advisable to book with us 1 week in advance so as to ensure we have available slots. It also allows us to have ample time to re-allocate and shuffle slots. In addition to discussing with you the processes and keep all forms of communications clear
However, feel free to also contact us if you require a photo session that is in the next 1 to 3 days and we will check on our available booking slots.
c. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a deposit as specified in the booking process.
d. Payment: The payment amount, method, and due date will be clearly communicated during the booking process and within the invoice. Failure to make the required deposit payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.
e. Special Requests: If you have any special requests or specific requirements, please communicate them during the booking process. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Rescheduling Terms and Conditions #
In case you need to reschedule your booking, please review the following terms and conditions:
a. Advance Notice: To reschedule, you must provide advance notice, as specified in our rescheduling policy. There will be no extra fee for rescheduling given 7 days of notice in advance, before the next scheduled booking.
b. Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date and time, but we cannot guarantee availability. The assigned photographer/videographer is subject to availability.
c. Fees: Depending on the nature of the service and the timing of your rescheduling request, additional fees may apply. These fees will be communicated to you before the rescheduling is confirmed.
Cancellation Terms and Conditions #
If you need to cancel your booking, please adhere to the following terms and conditions:
a. Cancellation Policy: At least 7 days notice, 100% deposit refund. Less than 7 days notice, 0% deposit refund,
b. Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed according to our refund policy. Read more here.
