What Is The Photography Processes Like?
What Is Your Turnaround Time?
It takes 1 day for us to get back to your inquiries and send a payment invoice. 1 day for the communication & planning of the photoshoot by setting up a group chat.
The photography day itself depends on the number of hours you have booked.
We’ll send you the low-resolution photos for choosing within 1 – 2 days after the day of the photoshoot.
Photo Editing & Retouching takes between 7 to 10 days after which, we’ll send you the high-resolution photos via Google Drive, WeTransfer or Dropbox.
Additional re-editing will take another 5 to 7 days.

Do You Provide Hair & Makeup Artists?
We work with various Hair & Makeup Artists that specialise in different styles of makeup ranging from Korean, Thailand, Natural, Bold, etc. Head over to our page about our hair & makeup artists to select your favourite.
What Are Your Operating Hours?
Our indoor & outdoor photography sessions are open from Monday to Sunday/Public Holidays, between 8 am to 9 pm.
Where is Our Momento's location?
We are located at Jurong West Street 42 Block 419 Singapore 640419. However, we mainly operate outdoors and liaise with external studios.
What Is The Duration Period Booking For Photography & Videography?
It is advisable to book with us 1 week in advance so that we have ample time to discuss with you the process and keep communication clear. However, feel free to also contact us if you require a photo session that is in the next 1 to 3 days and we will check on our booking schedules.
What Happens If It Rains During Our Outdoor Photoshoot?
We know sometimes schedules will clash or other circumstances where it will not be a suitable day for the photo shoot and thus if you’ll like to reschedule, do contact us via the communication channel or a call.
For rescheduling or in the event it rains, we will work with you to find the next best available date.
What Is Your Rescheduling Terms?
Any rescheduling matters besides the cause of rain will require a notice of 3 days in advance. Otherwise, there will be a 10% rescheduling fee in addition to the package you pay for.
If a cancellation is made after a rescheduling previously, there will be no refunds.

What Are The Modes Of Payment Methods You Accept?
We accept payment methods via Paynow, Paylah, IBanking and Cash.
For payments with Paynow, Paylah and IBanking, an invoice receipt will be sent to you after your confirmed booking (after inquiring).
What Is The Payment Process Like?
For payments with Paynow, Paylah and IBanking, an invoice receipt will be sent after your confirmed booking (after inquiring).
The process starts from,
1) Inquiring/Picking the type of photography and package you will like to have.
2) An email will be sent to you with details of,
– Date & Time
– Available slots
– Payment Invoice
3) Confirm your booking by making a payment, selecting the date & time and available slot.
4) Once payment has been made, we will create a communication channel with you through WhatsApp, Telegram, Email or Zoom/Google Meet (if required).
5) After the step above, it will be the Pre Production/Planning stage. Kindly refer to the Pre-Production/Planning FAQs for more information.
What Is Your Terms For Cancellation And Refund?
Cancellations require to be at least 5 days in advance with a 20% Cancellation Fee and 80% Refund.
For cancellations of less than 5 days, there will only be a 50% Refund because we have to adjust to a sudden change of schedule and re-allocation of photographers.

What Is Your Pre Production Process & Duration?
Process
After you have contacted us and we answered your inquiry, chose your package and made payment based on the invoice.
We will set up a communication channel to run through with you the process, planning and answer any further inquiries you have.
Planning
The planning involves discussions of
– Mood board
– Poses
– Location
– Props
– Hair & makeup artist
– Time, etc.
Duration
It takes 1 day for us to get back to your inquiries and send a payment invoice. 1 day for the communication & planning of the photoshoot by setting up a group chat.
What Should We Expect In This Pre Production Stage, After Payment?
In this stage, there will be the most communication regarding the photoshoot day. We will hand you our suggestions while listening to yours, it is a collaborative discussion to ensure both parties are on the same page.

What Should We Expect In The Production Stage?
If it is outdoors, probably some sweating, passersby’s looking and awkward moments.
Truth jokes aside, our photographers will keep you busy by communicating with you the mood, poses, location/background composition decision, etc. Expect to have candid moments too! We ensure your moments are captured in frame.
Post Production FAQs
What Is Your Post Production Process & Duration?
Process
After everything is finalised comes the Photoshoot day itself. Just sit back and relax while our photographer from the communicated channel will arrive and guide you through as per the pre-production/plan.
Duration
We’ll send you the low-resolution photos for choosing within 1 – 2 days after the day of the photoshoot.
Photo Editing & Retouching takes between 7 to 10 days after which, we’ll send you the high-resolution photos (between 10 to 30 mb each) via Google Drive, WeTransfer or Dropbox.
Additional re-editing will take another 5 to 7 days.
What Should We Expect In This Post Production Stage?
Be expected to have minimal communication while our photographer/editor is editing the photos. Feel free to ask any inquiry in the communication channel too.
